Have your say on supported living in Wakefield
Friday, October 30, 2026
Wakefield Council is asking residents for their views on supported living in the district. This will help shape the future of the service, ensuring people can access the housing and support they need to live independently.
"We want to hear from as many people as possible so we can understand the supported living needs of our communities. And deliver strong, resilient communities for everyone in our district.
"Your feedback will help us identify priorities for the future and support decisions about housing and support services.
"Our aim is to make sure people can access the right support and accommodation to live independently and live fulfilling lives."
Cllr Andrew Wakefield
Cabinet Member for Strategic Housing, Skills and Business Growth
The Council is developing the strategy to better understand current and future supported living needs across the district.
